The Lodge provides families with three bathrooms, one with large CIRCULAR DOUBLE SPA, claw foot bath with shower over, plus double vanities and toilet which acts as a dividing en-suite between two bedrooms. Second bathroom offers shower toilet & vanity whilst the third bathroom which is en-suite to the main bedroom has vanity shower & toilet. All towels and linen are provided for your stay combined with pillows, doonas and blankets. |

Main bedroom has one double bed while the second double bedroom has one single bed in the room also. Third bedroom has three single beds and tucked in the alcove in the lounge room there is a pair of single beds. |

This kitchen lends itself to a large family group with easy access from all areas of The Lodge, from indoors or outdoor BBQ area.
The huge preparation marble bench is the focal point of the kitchen but not to overlook the lovely wood panelling and lead light feature doors. The laundry is accessed from the kitchen & supplies washing machine, dryer & trough. |

Outdoor tables and chairs PLUS fullsize BBQ set in an undercover area beside the kitchen & is nicely "greened" & useable regardless of the weather.
Kids upstairs balcony with table & chairs also for all weather use. There is a protected reading verandah awash with sunshine for those indulgent wintery days.... The entire Lodge property is fenced at 1.75m height and double closing gates for security & safety for the children. |

Cancellation Policy
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS, EASTER, LONG W/ENDS, BOOKINGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY IF DATES ARE RE-BOOKED FOR THE SAME PERIOD & SAME TARIFF.
