Double Spa
DOUBLE SPA: 1500 x 1500 DOUBLE SPA is your ensuite with separate shower recess & toilet .

Bubble bath is provided with compliments! 

Towels, shampoo , conditioner & hand soap are also provided....heated towel rails with overhead heat lamps for chilly mornings.
Kitchen
KITCHEN: your compact kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave,2 bench plates plus oven & to complete the picture a dishwasher.

All cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery are supplied. Table & chairs for dining.

Your BBQ area garden can be seen outside the window.
Lounge
LOUNGE: two large sofas, one has a roll out double bed, for use by child or travelling third person.

T.V. Video & Sony sound system are located in a very large lounge area which opens onto your private patio & BBQ area.
Bedroom
BEDROOM: KING SIZE BED , (can be split for use as twin singles) lovely white linen, electric blankets with goose down doona, pillows & towels are included .

As shown the bedroom has DOUBLE SPA ensuite with seperate shower & toilet.

2nd full size T.V. wall mounted in bedroom.
BBQ & Patio
BBQ & PATIO: you are able to relax & enjoy your stay, in absolute privacy, have a BBQ or perhaps a quiet coffee surrounded by a lush tropical garden right at your front door!

Under cover parking also provided at your front door.
Cancellation Policy


CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS, EASTER, LONG W/ENDS,
PUB HOLIDAYS, NOMINATED DATES & SPECIAL EVENTS

BOOKINGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY IF DATES ARE RE-BOOKED FOR THE SAME PERIOD & SAME TARIFF. ANY COSTS INCURRED IN SECURING A SUBSEQUENT BOOKING + CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT PAID WITH ....NO EXCEPTIONS
