Double Spa
DOUBLE SPA: Two person spa in your somewhat spacious ensuite to your master bedroom......bubbles with our compliments!! We also offer a seperate shower recess & toilet.

SECOND BATHROOM: for use with second bedroom offers shower, vanity & 2nd toilet.

****TOWELS AND LINEN ARE SUPPLIED**** but you are required to bring your own BEACH TOWELS.
Kitchen
KITCHEN: An ultra-modern sunny kitchen offers quality stainless steel oven, dishwasher & microwave. Fridge/freezer & other small appliances combined with full compliment of crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils are provided for your use.

DINING AREA: adequate seating with stylish table & chairs adjacent to another small courtyard.
Lounge
LOUNGE: usual TV, STEREO & DVD plus two sofas for your lounge but also a FULL SIZE Pool Table & accessories for those who wish to avail themselves of a little fun! 
Bedrooms
MASTER BEDROOM:very spacious bedroom with Queen size bed (room for portable cot if need be) with DOUBLE SPA seperate shower vanity & toilet . LINEN & TOWELS SUPPLIED.

SECOND BEDROOM: also Queen size bed & use of second private bathroom with shower vanity & toilet. LINEN & TOWELS SUPPLIED.

Laundry
LAUNDRY: NEW APPLIANCES ALSO PROVIDED IN THE LAUNDRY consisting of automatic washing machine & tumble dryer (clothes line in open air also)
Deck & BBQ
DECK & BBQ: very very private.... patio furniture and large sun umbrella are provided for your use with of course a full size BBQ for those lazy summer meals .....a large dishwasher in the kitchen for the clean up & how simple is that?

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS, EASTER, LONG W/ENDS,
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, NOMINATED DATES & SPECIAL EVENTS

BOOKINGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY IF DATES ARE RE-BOOKED FOR THE SAME PERIOD & SAME TARIFF. ANY COSTS INCURRED IN SECURING A SUBSEQUENT BOOKING + CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT PAID WITH ....NO EXCEPTIONS

***Cancellation within 21 days of booked date will be charged IN FULL whilst every effort will be made to re-let the booking ONLY the re-let portion will be refunded(minus cancellation fee)
