A.Private freestanding building - NOT JOINED to another guest Cottage or our Host home, no one above, below or beside.
NEVER more than ONE COUPLE in each Cottage.
No facilities for children or babies.
NEVER animals resident with guests
Q. "FULLY SELF-CONTAINED ".... what do we get?
A. Fridge and deep freezer (for your frozen goodies & ice cream). Microwave for defrost & reheat BUT also an OVEN for
dry & crisp reheating or cooking.
Bench plate pair for saucepan cooking.
Private BBQ on your Patio for easy holiday meals plus a dishwasher to complete the holiday mode.
All crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils provided.
BRING ONLY YOUR FOOD & DRINKS ,
remembering we are serviced by IGA super market &
Coles New World with deli bottle shop etc; one of which is 100mtrs from your door.
BEACH TOWELS ARE REQUIRED OVER SUMMER.

A. YES!! Gardens to die for!! No water views but none of the noise that accompanies the heaviest tourist area in town.
No buses no disco no restaurant comings & goings,
if you want to join the hussle & bustle it's an easy stroll from your door
...........THEN you can return to your Cottage for guaranteed quietness, privacy & tranquility.
Q. "DOUBLE " SPA... .what does it mean??
A. It means 1.5mtr X 1.5mtr spa bath which is designed for TWO people
to enjoy AT THE SAME TIME IN THE SAME BATH!!
HIGH FILL is your option and BUBBLES supplied with our compliments.
Q. DO WE HAVE A "HOT WATER " GUARANTEE??
A. YES!!! We have EVERY Cottages fitted with it's own instantaneous Gas Hot water system therefore your supply is HOT AND UNLIMITED at all times "Cottages for Two " and "The Palms Apartments ".
Q. ARE WE RESTRICTED TO USING THE SPA BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURS...DAY OR NIGHT??
A. NEVER!!! All spa pumps are fitted outdoors in soundproof boxes which ensures no noise problems.
Q. WHAT TYPE OF HEATING. ... You choose!
A.Authentic looking gas LOG FIRES, which offer romantic evenings instantly warm early mornings with no smoke, no effort and no mess!

Q. DO WE HAVE DESIGNATED KITCHEN & LOUNGE AREAS... APPROPRIATE SEATING IN BOTH??
A.YES!! Table and chairs provided in the dining nook. Two comfy sofas in the lounge (one a rollout double sofa bed).
Q. ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE ?
A.YES!! T.V. Video & Sony CD Player... "Cottages for Two " is split level so you can operate all from bed whilst "The Palms Apartment " bedrooms & lounge has both T.V. Video & sound system.
Q. GROUPS?? CHILDREN?? NOISE?? VISITORS??
A. We offer NO GROUP accomm which ensures you WILL NOT be surrounded by noisy groups to spoil your special time.
There are NO FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN.

A. ABSOLUTELY SMOKE FREE INDOORS but private undercover patio or deck is available for smoking.
Q. DISCOUNTS?? WHEN & HOW MUCH??
A.Sometimes we have an odd idle night in between two different bookings, please ring us on 3 5952 2426 for options.

A. Just another way to make money? (only kidding). The truth is we at Cottages for Two™ know our competitors, anybody who runs the same business as ours, we call them "partners". We then allow public to have freedom of choice... to choose the right accommodation for their needs. We don't care with whom or where they stay with as long as they stay on Phillip Island or our surrounding area, then we are happy, we feel they have made our day just choosing to do that. The fact is our bookings have increased dramatically since we have introduced "partner " advertising on our site.
